Sales Director, Eastern Canada

Job Overview You will have 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports. Ideally the role requires residence in the North Shore, South Shore or Greater Montreal Area. Your challenges include overall responsibility of the region: growing the skills and responsibilities of the sales team, increasing revenue and profitability while holding the team accountable for respective metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution.

Structure and optimize the prospecting process and follow‑up with clients in a spirit of partnership.

Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors.

Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives from sales managers to account managers.

Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities.

Participate in M&A processes for the region.
