VR Holding is looking for a proactive and driven Sales Manager to establish and grow our sales operation in Dubai.
The successful candidate will drive sales of VR Holding's Georgian off-plan developments in the UAE by building strong relationships with brokers, agencies, and investors. As our presence in the UAE expands, the role will grow into a broader sales leadership position focusing on both UAE and Georgian market

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through brokers and agency partners
- Build and manage broker and investor relationships
- Recruit and lead the sales team
- Develop sales strategy, KPIs, and reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team
