Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales and technology? We are looking for a highly motivatedSales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in sunnyCosta del Sol, Spain !

Together with RTC, we continue to grow and deliver innovative technology solutions globally. You will be hired by Xpertux, our consulting firm based inBenalmádena (Málaga) , and work exclusively for the RTC team.

As the first human touchpoint in our sales process, you will identify potential clients, initiate the first contact, and generate qualified opportunities to book meetings for our Account Executives.

What You'll Do:

• Outbound Lead Generation: Research prospects and generate opportunities via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Inbound Qualification: Filter and convert incoming inquiries into qualified leads.
