Sales Development Representative

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound growth for Expandus Business Coaching Pvt. Ltd., working across our coaches in IT/software, EPC, manufacturing, and automotive. This is not a script-reading, appointment-taking role.

You will identify prospects, research companies and decision-makers, initiate conversations across multiple channels, qualify opportunities against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and book high-quality appointments for our coaches.

Think like a B2B sales professional, not a telecaller: high volume, sharp objection handling, real business conversations, and relentless follow-up.
