Job Description
Deep expertise in the SaaS sales cycle, including the mechanics of Freemium-to-Paid conversion, product-led growth, and low-friction demo enrolment.
Proactively engage high-intent trial users who show deep product usage but have not yet converted, providing personalized support to resolve adoption blockers (Trial Success Support).
Conduct timely, professional sales follow-ups on all BoFU MQLs, including leads from Demo Enrollment campaigns, Freemium-to-Paid workflows, and Abandoned Purchase carts.
Ø Work in lockstep with the SaaS Execution SME to analyze the performance of automated campaigns, identifying points of friction where human intervention (the SDR) can be most effective.
