About the Role

As a Sales Agent (Cold Calling), you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Introducing Xevaro Labs' services and qualifying leads
• Managing call lists and documenting interactions in the CRM
• Following up on warm and cold leads
• Scheduling appointments or demos for the sales team
• Understanding client needs and communicating value propositions clearly
• Handling objections professionally and building rapport

Qualifications

• Clear spoken English and ability to build rapport over the phone
• Active listening and professional inquiry handling
• Comfort with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic productivity software
• Goal‑oriented, resilient to rejection, and target‑driven mindset
