Sales Development Rep

Overview

Komodo is helping schools lead with wellbeing, through insight, education, and a platform built to scale. We are recruiting two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to grow globally by booking great-fit school demos and fueling our pipeline with purpose. You’ll work on impactful problems, with a team that values impact, culture, and doing good work with good people.

At a Glance

• Role title: Sales Development Representative (aka New Schools Associate)
• Start date: As soon as you’re ready
• Location: Christchurch, NZ (HQ based)
• Hours: Full-time, with a later start (11am–12pm onwards) to align with international markets; flexible hours for calls outside of those hours to meet schools where they are
• Package: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission. Additional perks include ESOP, Wellbeing + PD Allowances, EAP.
