The
Talent Acquisition Team at Oracle is seeking a Sales Development Onboarding
Manager committed to personal growth and inspiring others. This is a varied,
complex, and impactful role that prepares Sales Development Representatives
(SDR) to perform at a high level and execute as One Oracle within their first
60 days.
You
will be responsible for onboarding and developing early career sellers to excel
in the SDR role. Onboarding Managers are
responsible for in classroom facilitation, on the job coaching and leveraging
