Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls and emails to provide accurate information and support
- Prepare detailed sales quotations and invoice billing to ensure accurate customer transactions
- Compile and submit sales reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making
- Submit required documents such as e-invoices and tenders through various procurement platforms efficiently
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and servicing of dispenser machines
- Monitor and manage customer payments to maintain up-to-date accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate and current customer records, pricing, and sales data for operational accuracy
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordinator roles
