SALES COORDINATOR

JOB SCOPE Provide sales support,liasing with internal team and customer on daily basis
Prepare & Processing quotation, sales order, purchase order for spare part sales.
Follow up on quotes till order received.
Answer phone call and email queries from customer
Any other assigned responsibilities related to sales support function.
JOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least a ITE , Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
Must have basic technical knowledge of
Inert Gas , Nitogens
and
Boiler
systems
Able to
read and interpret technical drawings
Capable of
understanding customer enquiries
and
identifying the required spare parts
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Marine & Oil industry is required for this position.
Confident in communication and skillful in dealing with people and situations.
Able to work in fast paced environment and meet datelines.
Keen to learn and resourceful.
