Sales Coordinator

Attend to incoming hotline and customer enquiries professionally
Support the planning and coordination of Marketing Campaigns, Events and Training Activities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team
Assist with packing, shipment preparation, and LC document processing
Prepare monthly pending sales order reports for the Accounts team
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: Training will be provided
Min Certificate in Marketing/Communication or related field
Proficient in using MS Office
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)
Salary: Up to $2800
