Sales Coordinator

Location: Remote – Philippines, supporting the Australian market

Salary: PHP 30,000/month base salary

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Melbourne time

1StopInsulation is a growing Melbourne-based company looking for a confident, organised and experienced sales professional to join our remote team.

This is primarily a sales role. You will be responsible for speaking with customers, providing product and service consultations, following up leads and quotes, and helping convert enquiries into booked jobs. The role also includes administrative and workflow coordination responsibilities.

After 3 months, there is an opportunity to transition into a Sales & Workflow Coordinator position with a structured performance-based bonus system.
