Sales Coordinator – Sales Operations
Join Beneq in shaping the future of customer service. This one‑year fixed‑term, parental‑leave substitute position will support our Sales Operations Team and improve the order‑to‑cash process and the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the order‑delivery‑invoicing process, including communications with customers and delivery partners.
- Handle project, spare parts, and service orders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Manage invoicing processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the SAP system.
- Ensure operational excellence across Beneq teams and international customer interactions.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with export document handling, especially to the US.
