Responsibilities
- Provide administration supports to the team including report and proposal preparation, correspondence handling and answering and follow‑up on guests’ and associates’ requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct market research and regular survey of competitor hotels.
- Assist in conducting market analysis and maintain systematic records.
Qualifications
- Holder of Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- With a minimum of 1 year relevant work or internship experience in well-established hotels’ Sales and Marketing, Reservations, Revenue Management or Front Office Department.
- Proficiency in computer literature including Excel and PowerPoint.
- With strong team spirit and commitment of meeting timeline.
