Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities
• Presales : Create Quotation in AX
• Process Sales Order in AX, update status to customer
• Maintain order delivery to meet customer's requirement. Manage order by escalate critical 
order.
• Perform product warranty claim and post/after sales service with related team
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
• Experience 1-3 years in sales support, sales coordinator or related field. 
• Excellent communication and service-mind.
• Good command in English communication and computer literacy will be an advantage
