We are looking for a Sales Controller to join our team in Packaging Solutions’ BU Northern Europe. This hybrid role offers locations in Jönköping, Stockholm, Lahti, Helsinki or Riga.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic financial partner to sales leadership and business unit management.
- Interact confidently with senior management, providing clear recommendations and financial perspectives to support decision‑making.
- Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and selected customer or partner interactions with financial insight and analysis.
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis together with the business.
- Analyze sales performance, profitability drivers, pricing, volume, and mix.
- Provide forward‑looking insights on risks, opportunities, and overall business performance.
- Develop, simplify, and continuously improve sales controlling processes, reporting, and analytical models.
