Job Purpose
As a Sales Consultant for Subaru, you will play a key role in promoting the brand's vehicles, identifying and addressing customer needs, and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, negotiating deals, and contributing to the overall success of the showroom by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network to generate new sales leads and referrals.
- Engage with existing and previous customers to introduce new models, services, and product enhancements.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations tailored to customer needs and preferences, ensuring a consultative sales approach.
