Sales consultant (online sales)

This role is responsible for driving sales through high-volume inbound customer enquiries across the company’s omni-channel digital platforms, including Whats App Business, web chat and social media.

The primary focus is converting enquiries into sales by understanding customer needs, preparing quotations, recommending suitable products, proactively following up on opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role also includes sales administration, order processing, and occasional support for the Takealot and Amazon sales platforms.

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Stikland, Cape Town

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:30 (On-site)
