Job Purpose

Inbound or outbound policy sales based on leads and campaigns. Initiate customer relationships, conduct needs analysis, and propose customer solutions while meeting various KPIs.

Responsibilities Make outbound calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships and act as a first point of contact. Clarify customer needs using a structured multi‑level sales script and take detailed notes. Present customer propositions, explaining product benefits and guiding customers toward purchase at standard price terms. Adhere to operating systems, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory codes. Maintain accurate data by scheduling callback activities and entering information into the CRM after each contact. Prioritise workload to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards, using performance management systems to improve personal performance.
