This role exists to protect, grow, and maximise revenue within Ello Technology’s existing client base.
Why This Role ExistsAs a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for client retention, account growth, and transactional revenue through once-off sales, renewals, upgrades, and project opportunities. You play a critical role in ensuring clients remain satisfied while continuously identifying ways to increase value and strengthen long-term relationships.
This is a commercially focused, client-facing role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing both relationships and revenue. Your success will be measured by retention, revenue contribution, and consistency in execution.
