Sales Consultant

To drive EV vehicle sales by understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and delivering a high-quality showroom experience. The Sales Consultant is responsible for converting leads into sales, promoting electric vehicle features and benefits, and supporting the growth of the EV brand through excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

• The Sales Consultant, New Cars is responsible for actively selling products of the department meeting targets for the sale of vehicles, accessories and associated warranty, finance and insurance products.
• To ensure Sales Consultant meets the SSI commitment set by the management.
• To follow all steps of sales process i.e. prospecting, meeting and greeting, consultation, presentation, demonstration, negotiation, gaining commitment, closure and delivery and post-sales follow up.
