Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, including handling inquiries and conducting visits.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Production, PPIC, QA) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
- Handle invoicing and support payment follow-up, while monitoring overall sales progress.
- Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions, while reporting on sales activities and supporting target achievement.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Business English proficiency.
- At least 3 years of sales experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably from the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
