Key Responsibilities:

• Manage distributors and key channel partners.
• Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Execute promotional activities and retailer engagement programs.
• Lead and guide the sales team to deliver business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and provide inputs for category development.
• Drive sustainable growth and increase market share.
• Reporting to ASM / RSM.

Requirements:
✔ 8–15 years of experience in Sales/Category Management/Channel Management.
✔ Strong leadership and business development skills.
