Sales Business Development Representative

Role Purpose:

The Sales Business Development Representative is accountable for driving qualified lead generation, nurturing strategic client relationships, and converting opportunities into revenue within PropTechBuzz’s target markets.

This role supports the Business Development & Sales Lead in executing the go-to-market plan, expanding the sales pipeline, and improving conversion efficiency. Success will be measured through pipeline strength, deal conversion, and revenue impact — not just activity metrics.
