What You’ll Do
As a Personal Lines Sales Broker at The Insurance Lab, you’ll work with qualified leads generated through our marketing and referral channels — and you’ll be encouraged and supported in building your own book of business through your personal and community networks. This combination gives you both a strong starting pipeline and real control over your long-term growth.
Using a consultative sales approach, you’ll identify client needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, and guide clients through the insurance buying process. You’ll have access to multiple insurance markets and a streamlined sales process designed to help you succeed.
