Sales Associate (Xico)

The position is responsible for assisting the Sales staff in the achievement of sales growth and customer satisfaction, including processing and maintaining data, monitoring key data trends, and providing support for customer-related transactions.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Issue and complete Quotations, Follow Up Strategic Quotes with customers until competition.
• Maintain customer‑specific information in applicable databases.
• Maintain price administration for various systems and databases.
• Control negative and positive margins.
• Control credit notes and invoices.
• Follow up information entry for other areas (CCF, or others).
• Prepare key account reports if required by the client.
• Improve team effectiveness by providing information and management support.
• Provide support for credit and collections.
• Enter and monitor sample requests.
