Sales Associate / Receptionist

Engage with customers in person and over the phone, attend to inquiries, and provide product recommendations.

Demonstrate strong sales and upselling skills to promote products, special offers, and drive sales performance.

Manage inventory by receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting inventory checks.

Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and handling product returns and exchanges.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensure the sales floor is presentable, and implement visual merchandising according to brand standards.
