Key Responsibilities


1. Marketplace & Lead Management

  • Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, and other B2B portals

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and leads

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure lead conversion

  • Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and closures through daily reporting


2. Sales & Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements

  • Pitch new product launches to existing and potential clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and distributors

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities


3. Business Development

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries
