The Sales Associate is responsible for performing general sales duties in their assigned department but also assisting in other areas of the store as needed. This involves greeting and assisting customers, helping them to determine correct merchandise for their needs and explaining benefits and features of merchandise. They may also perform general upkeep of the facility and may assist on cash registers.
