Sales Assistant (W/M) - Ibiza - Temporary 30h (Barcelona)

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant has the role to maximize the achievement of the store target by building an excellent relationship with the customers, giving a unique experience. The Sales assistant is an essential part of the retail function, by supporting the day-to-day activities of their team and store.

Mission and Functions

• Welcoming the customers, and assist them throughout the entire sales process
• Provide personalized advice and drive sales according to the customer’s needs
• Be able to build customer loyalty by giving them a personalized experience and taking care of the relationship
• Be a brand ambassador and embrace the brand selling ceremony
• Be part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs
• Having a, excellent product knowledge (current collection, materials, colors, prices…)
• Always make sure to be aware of the last fashion trends and the competitors
