Sales Assistant / Invoice Clerk required in Cape Town.
A Sales Assistant / Invoice Clerk position is currently available in Montague Gardens, Cape Town.
Duties and Responsibilities Support the sales team by processing customer orders and assisting with client enquiries. Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously. Follow up on orders and ensure products are delivered as promised. Act as a liaison between clients, sales, dispatch, and finance teams. Prepare daily invoicing reports and maintain accurate records. Process credit notes, re-invoicing, and order amendments where required. Capture product information, lot numbers, and weights accurately. Scan and file invoices, proof of delivery (PODs), and related documentation. Ensure invoicing accuracy on Pastel and maintain administrative records.
