We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to lead nationwide business units, driving sales performance, expansion, and operational excellence. This role oversees target setting, program development, cost management, and compliance with quality and customer service standards.

- Review and analyze sales performance; develop action plans for improvement.
- Set monthly sales targets and oversee expansion/closure of business units.
- Lead Sales & Marketing in cost‑containment and resource management.
