Job Description

• The Sales assistant Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the performance of the sales team. You will be responsible for educating new and existing sales staff, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. Your primary goal is to improve the effectiveness of the sales force, increase revenue, and ensure that all sales staff meet performance goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales support is a plus.
