Duties: Collaborate with the Branch Supervisor to achieve sales targets and manage daily operational needs Address sales-related queries within the standard operating procedures Escalate complaints from sales representatives to the Line Manager Replenish stock consistently and ensure dispatch only upon valid HOLB invoice with customer sign-off Verify and sign off trip sheets, waybills, and courier documentation in line with company policy Dispatch courier deliveries within 24 hours and clear Goods In Transit reports within 48 hours Conduct daily high-risk stock cou...
