**Position Purpose:**
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Sales-Marketing Representative conducts sales activities and implements strategies to increase the membership (consumers) of Mount Carmel Health Plan's (MCHP's) Medicare Advantage insurance products (HMOs/PPOs).
**What You Will Do:**
+ Sales territory development through the use of key senior and community contacts, enhancing ways to heighten the awareness of MCHP products within the community.
+ Responsibility for all aspects of daily sales operations within the territory including but not limited to monthly educational meetings, special events, sales seminars and telesales activity.
+ Ensure compliance of all aspects of personal sales activities with internal policies, CMS, Ohio Department of Insurance, NCQA and all applicable Federal regulations.
