Sales and Maintenance Engineer (Royal Country)

DJ Products manufactures electric powered warehouse tugs, semi‑trailer movers, small aircraft tugs, and dumpster moving equipment. At DJ Products, we specialize in finding electric‑powered and motorized cart tug solutions to solve problems. Our Cart and Trailer Tug solutions eliminate the strains and injury from manually pushing or pulling heavy carts, equipment, or materials.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for travel and on‑site problem‑solving.
• Perform equipment repairs at customer sites and resolve technical issues remotely, communicating with engineers from the US via phone or Zoom.
• Follow up on customer leads through CRM and provide quotes.
• Hunt for new sales prospects, conduct call calling and on‑site visits as required.
• Manage several projects and tasks simultaneously and follow through until closure.
