We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Education Freelance Manager to support our field sales and education strategy across the U.S. market, with a focus on Ulta and Sephora. This hybrid role blends leadership, strategy, and in-field execution—ideal for a high-performing field leader with experience managing a freelance team.
You’ll oversee the performance of ~160 retail locations across the U.S. while supporting 30+ freelancers in uncovered metro markets with the potential growth of managing full-time employees. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about mentorship, retail relationships, and driving excellence in-store.
