About the Role
As a Sales and Design Technical Associate at Focus Global, you will be part of a team of talented designers who transform ordinary living spaces into luxurious abodes. We are seeking a highly creative and skilled individual who can support our Senior Sales Designers in delivering an expert touch to high-end home interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in showroom sales, engage with potential clients, and showcase our premium products and services
- Attend to client inquiries and concerns and provide them with excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience
- Manage daily run-through of tasks and monitor progress of accounts handled by the Senior Designer
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer in advising clients on various interior design factors, including space planning, kitchen equipment layout, home furnishing designs, and color coordination
