Masstemps are currently recruiting for a sales and customer service operator for our busy client based in Kidderminster.

Job duties:

• Prepare quotations for customers as requested, using initiative and market knowledge to achieve the sale whilst maintaining the required margin, as agreed with your manager.
• Offer advice and recommendations for various options, upgrades and extras whilst quoting.
• Review all quotations on a regular basis, including percentage “hits” and review missed potentials.
• Maintain up to date sales records (daybook) and complete follow up calls on any quotes as required.
• Feedback competitor pricing on a regular basis to the team, ensuring the company remains competitive to achieve sales growth.
• Complete orders as received in a timely fashion, ensuring the correct stock is available or ordered as required. Keep the customer up to date with progress on the...
