Sales and Customer Operations Manager

The Customer Operations Manager is responsible for supporting and improving customer-facing commercial operations, including order management, quoting, and pricing support. This role partners closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience while helping to establish and standardize processes that support business growth.
