Role Description The Sales & Accounts Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. This role is responsible for building new and managing exisiting key client accounts, understanding their gifting needs, and providing solutions that align with their brand and business goals. Day-to-day tasks include: building and maintaining strong customer relationships, expertise in product offerings & customised gifting solutions overseeing order pipelines, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring client satisfaction.
