Key Responsibilities
Sales Analysis & Reporting (Primary Focus)
- Analyze sales performance across legal entity, markets, stores, and products
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports
- Identify sales trends, growth patterns, and performance gaps
- Support management with insights on revenue, returns, and sales mix
- Compare sales vs targets and highlight variances
- Assist in improving sales visibility through dashboards and Excel reporting
Functional Support & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the first point of contact for Business Central functional issues and user queries
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day ERP-related issues
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for process improvement
- Escalate technical issues to development teams or implementation partners when required
