Sales Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales orders with customer allocations based on availability

• Monitor hogs for disposal and propose actions to the team

• Update daily sales monitoring for hogs and by‑products

• Conduct daily/weekly sales analysis versus forecast

• Track trading costs, recovery rates, and payments

• Analyze carcass sales data with corresponding costing

• Monitor inventory of carcasses, heads, and other products

• Summarize and present analytical sales data regularly

• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely billing with Accounting

• Work with Accounting (AR) on customer payments and credit memos

• Prepare egg allocations, monitor weights, and reclassify discrepancies

• Compile and present daily egg sales data to Field Sales



Qualifications:

• A graduate of Accountancy, Mathematics, or related fields.
