The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in inside sales & counselling, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilties - Engage with working professionals and senior executives to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable IIM/IIT programs. Manage the entire counselling and sales lifecycle—from lead qualification, follow-up, and program explanation to enrolment closure.
