Sales Administrator Lead

What You’ll Do

The Sales Administrator Lead is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the national Sales Administrator team, reporting to the Director of Sales to ensure that the department needs are consistently met.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of Sales Administrators in the day‑to‑day functions of the Canada Sales Support (CSS) department
• Serve as a primary point of escalation within the Sales Admin team to ensure any issues are addressed efficiently and promptly
• Delegate work across the team and find creative ways to work efficiently as a team
• Work with the Director of Sales to evolve the scope of the department to meet the changing needs of the business
• Provide regular vendor pipeline reporting for select Preferred Partners (as confirmed by Director of Sales)
