About The Job
The Sales Administrator will execute all administrative requirements for the Director of Commercial Strategy and provide assistance to the department as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and secretarial functions for the Director of Commercial Strategy and the Sales & Commerce team.
- Learn and master all Sales & Commerce systems.
- Prepare files and documents for periodic meetings chaired or attended by the Director of Commercial Strategy and the department.
- Manage communication with clients on behalf of sales personnel or in their absence.
- Ensure overall secretarial and administrative tasks in the Sales & Commerce office are understood and followed up.
