Job Description
- Assist in Sales and Marketingactivities, issue quotations and prepare marketing materials.
- Admin and co-ordination support:documents filing, issue sales order, invoices and delivery orders
- Arrange daily delivery schedules.
- Liaise with customers to secureorders.
- Provide sales related support inall areas of order fulfilment.
- Handle call-in / walk in salesenquires and orders.
- multi-tasking, self-starter,independent with good initiative and interest in continuous learning.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Good command of written and spokenEnglish.
- Able to communicate with customersfrom all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoftapplications like excel, word, power point, etc
