Vacancy Description
The Sales Administration Officer provides administrative, operational, and inside sales support to the Business Development and Marketing Team. The role is responsible for managing reports, maintaining customer databases and CRM systems, coordinating internal operational requirements, supporting proposal and bid submissions, and assisting Business Development Managers (BDMs) in client engagement activities. The position also performs lead qualification and outreach to marketing-generated leads and named accounts to support business growth initiatives.
