Sales & Account Manager

The Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end business development and account management, covering lead generation, client engagement, sales closure, and coordination for project execution. The role requires strong client‑facing presence, continuous follow‑ups, and active participation in commercial and initial technical discussions, while coordinating with internal technical teams for detailed execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned accounts and sectors (not limited to defense).
• Conduct soft calling, client visits, and relationship‑building activities to generate leads.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
