Sales Academy Director – Bancassurance Training & Growth

AIA Malaysia is seeking a Sales Performance Trainer to lead end-to-end sales training across all channels. You will design learning strategies, drive performance analytics, and build a strong Sales Academy team to uplift activation and productivity.

The role requires a minimum 7 years in financial services, expertise in trainer management and sales achievement, plus willingness to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally beyond. A Bachelor’s Degree and CFP/RFP certification are preferred.
